Information clause from Art. 13 GDPR
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing
Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 04/05/2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I inform that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is the "KARTON" ASSOCIATION. with headquarters at Jana Sobieskiego 14, 80-216 Gdańsk, Poland.
2. Personal Data Inspector at the "KARTON" ASSOCIATION based in Gdańsk is Paweł Ślagowski, who can be contacted at the e-mail address: iod@karton.network or in writing to the address of our headquarters.
3. Personal data will be processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) b GDPR in order to provide the services provided.
4. The recipients of personal data will be persons or entities authorized under the law and entities cooperating with the KARTON ASSOCIATION. to the extent necessary to provide services, in accordance with legal regulations.
5. Personal data will be stored for the period of provision of services, during cooperation, and after its termination for a period in accordance with legal provisions.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to start cooperation with the "KARTON" ASSOCIATION.
7. With respect to personal data, decisions will not be made in an automated manner, pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR.
8. The data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
9. The person indicated in point 1 has:
- based on Article. 15 GDPR, the right to access personal data concerning him/her;
- based on Article. 16 GDPR, the right to rectify personal data;
- based on Article. 18 GDPR, the right to request the administrator to limit the processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Art. 18 section 2 GDPR*;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if it considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
10. The person indicated in point is not entitled to 1:
- in connection with art. 17 section 3 letter b, d or e of the GDPR, the right to delete personal data;
- the right to transfer personal data referred to in Art. 20 GDPR;
- based on Article. 21 GDPR, the right to object to the processing of personal data,
because the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 letter b GDPR.
